## How we work

1. Buyer submits an RFQ (Request for Quotation) at https://proedmparts.com/submit-rfq with a part number, BOM, photo, or written description.
2. Within 24 hours we route the RFQ to the appropriate suppliers in our alliance.
3. We collect 1 to 5 quotes and present them to the buyer: OEM, OEM-equivalent, or aftermarket; EXW (ex-works) or FCA (free carrier); lead time; MOQ; USD or EUR.
4. Most RFQs are quoted within 48 hours. Hard-to-find or obsolete parts take 3 to 5 business days.
5. After the buyer confirms a PO, we handle import, Saudi customs clearance (SFDA, SASO, SABER), and last-mile delivery.
